If you are leaving for Redang 18 Feb, you've probably booked with Laguna as they are the only ones operating. In fact, 18 Feb is when they reopen, so you might well be their first guest of the season Smile Berjaya is closed till 1 Mar due to broken water pipe from the mainland, Redang Campsite will open 21 Feb while the rest will open 1 Mar. You therefore have only 1 choice of dive centre, Laguna's. Check with Jimmy/Hitomi at the dive centre (located next to the jetty) and enquire whether conditions are safe to dive.
